Our 6 Step Process

  1. Initial Enquiry and Design

    Your enquiry is reviewed by our dedicated Sales Engineers with initial concepts and designs drawn up for feedback
  2. Customised to your Specification

    Upon detailed feedback from the customer, detailed proposals, technical specifications and drawings are proposed to meet the needs of the application.
  3. Finalizing Requirements and Approval

    Constant liaison with customer in terms of requirements and final proposal reviewed in detail.
  4. Complete ‘In-house’ design and manufacturing

    The units are fully designed and manufactured in the state of the art Telestack facility in UK.
  5. Assembly and Testing before dispatch

    All units are fully assembled and Tested in the factory before dispatch. This ensures all functions (Electrics and hydraulics) are thoroughly tested to eliminate are on site installation and commissioning issues.
  6. Installation, Commissioning and After-sales

    Units are fully assembled and installed on site with our Service and Installation engineers. All sections are bolt together, plug and socket electrics (No electricians needed) with an integrated Hydraulic power-pack (No complicated hydraulics). Our dedicated After-sales department will ensure long-lasting operation of all units including organization and implementation of warranty / spares.
