Continuous Improvement

As a valued preferred supplier our focus on product quality and safety is of paramount importance. All our products conform to European CE and British (BS) Standards. We liaise with the German TUV accreditation body to ensure our core products continuously exceed global quality, safety and transportation standards.

We are working towards ISO 9001:2000 accreditation with a target completion date of December 2008. Built into this are company-wide Balanced Scorecard and TPM (Total Productive Manufacturing) initiatives which are being rolled out, measured and reviewed to ensure maximum efficiency and effectiveness is achieved throughout the organisation. Design & Manufacturing changes are carried out through Engineering Change Order processes and all items are quality checked at each stage and before despatch.

We use preferred suppliers to ensure we receive component parts on-time and to the desired quality standards.
