All Computer Aided Design and Finite Element Analysis is conducted in-house to ensure our products are thoroughly simulated and tested before manufacture and despatch.

Within our design studio engineers utilize the following software:

  • AutoCad 2002 2D modelling
  • SolidWorks 2007 3D modelling
  • CosmosWorks 2007 – Stress Analysis, Buckling Analysis, Fatigue
  • ABAQUS – Finite Element Analysis
