The HF Range of heavy-duty belt / Apron belt Hopper Feeders is used all around the world for high-capacity reclaiming of bulk materials from 1000 – 3000tph.

These can be fed by a range of wheel loaders up to CAT 992 size with hopper widths up to 6.5 metres and 24 m³ capacity.

The range can also be fitted with a heavy-duty hydraulic tipping grids with apertures up to 250mm, as an optional extra to scalp out oversize product, which would then feed downstream processes at high capacities.

Applications include:

Reclaiming with primary scalping in pit-to-ground conveyors feeding downstream crushing and screening plant
Direct feeding of mineral sand processing equipment in the pit.
Reclaiming contaminated stockpiles back into the process to make gradable/ sellable product.
Reclaiming in stockyard to ground conveyors to supplement rail load out of ship loading process.
Blending product within the stockyard in conjunction with Stacker Reclaimer

These units are available in tracked, wheeled, or skid-mounted versions.
