2,000t barge is loaded by a TS842 radial stacker positioned at the end of a floating pontoon. Product bauxite is then loaded onto a shuttle barge using a HF520 and transported and transferred to a bulk vessel using a mounted TC424.

2017 is getting off to an exciting start with the build well underway on the installation of a multi-million pound bespoke paint facility at their 80,000sq ft. manufacturing plant based in Omagh. The additional 15,500sq ft. purpose built facility will incorporate a bespoke designed pre-treatment facility, preparation area and 3 independent paint booths ensuring the Telestack paint facility will be one of the largest and most technically advanced painting facilities in the country.
Telestack are anticipating a buoyant and exciting Hillhead as they plan to showcase their most impressive, innovative and comprehensive range of equipment to date - including some Global Launches! Models on show include the AggStack Range of mobile conveyor systems, LF520 hopper feeder, HF1021R Hopper Feeder from the Revolution series, Titan 450-6 bulk reception feeder and the TC420X, TC421R and TCL431 Tracked Conveyors.
The Telestack Aggregates division are delighted to offer the AggStack® range; a series of value added mobile conveying systems designed to meet the needs of the quarry, aggregate, sand and gravel markets.
